When I was in the midst of my season of anxiety and depression, I discovered that several people close to me had experienced the same thing. It made me want to scream...
WHY AREN’T WE TALKING ABOUT THIS???
Well… I am by no means a great writer or speaker, but I can’t keep quiet. What God has done in my life is too amazing not to share. So if you would, bear with me. I hope that you will at least see that God can heal and restore you. God can bring you out of darkness and into his marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9). You are not alone. As I share with you, my prayer is that you will be encouraged to share your story with others as well.
I want to share with you strategies that I learned along my journey for fighting this spiritual battle. Remember...God has already won. YOU have already won.
So let's fight the battle from a stance of victory.
